Returns & Refunds
In accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law:
› If an item is faulty, significantly different from its description, unsafe, or otherwise doesn’t meet consumer guarantees, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement.
› Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, especially for vintage or antique pieces, due to their unique and delicate nature. For new items, feel free to reach out to us at hello@susanneetjelle.com.au
› If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, kindly let us know within 48 hours of receiving it, and please include photos and a brief description of the issue.
› For approved returns, items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged. The cost of return shipping will be covered by the customer.
› If you’d like to see an item in person before purchasing, we’re available by appointment only. Please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to arrange a convenient time.
